Paddington Art Prize holds three annual events in association with the Exhibition of National Finalists.
Opening Night
On the first night of the Exhibition of National Finalists we celebrate with a Prize Presentation of the winners, including refreshments and speeches.
Artist Talks
On each Saturday of the Exhibition of National Finalists we hold an Artist Talk at 2pm, that is free and open to the public
Annual Artist Luncheon
On a Saturday, in the weeks after the close of the Exhibition of National Finalists we hold an annual Luncheon to celebrate the winners and judges. Formally at Lucio's of Lucio Galletto OAM, now at Buon Ricordo since 2022.

Claudia has a multi-faceted career as a television and radio presenter, author, fashion designer, curator and artist. She is co-host and producer of television program, Antiques Down-Under and was co-host on ABC TV’s popular program, Collectors. Her book Collectomania: From objects of desire to magnificent obsession celebrates the world of collecting. Claudia hosts and produces Arts Friday, 89.7fm Eastside Radio, featuring performing and visual arts, cultural events and in-depth profile interviews. She is the host and producer of a new podcast – ARTCHAT for Gallery Lane Cove + Creative Studios. Claudia is a cultural tour leader and leads the Art Gallery Society NSW’s successful series of ‘Art Deco to Art Now’ international tours. She is co-designer and director for acclaimed Australian fashion label, Vivian Chan Shaw, with the designs represented in the permanent collection of the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney. Claudia was the inaugural curator of the City of Sydney’s Chinese New Year Festival (2016-2018) and designed large scale installations for Lunar New Year celebrations (2016 – 2021). Her artwork has featured in solo and groups shows, the Head On Photo Festival, GLOW Festival at HOTA, Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, and Sydney Lunar Festival.
